How the languages work

Your pair
Choose the language you read in and the language you want translations in. Set the first to Auto-detect and VocabKit works it out from the text.
Changing it on the spot
The panel shows both languages. Change either one, or swap them, without opening the settings.
Pronunciation
The speaker uses the voices installed in Chrome on your computer, so a language with no voice on your system may stay silent.
Examples at your level
Example sentences follow the level you choose in the settings, from A1 to C2, in every language.
Text in images
Image translation reads text in all of these languages, including right-to-left scripts. See text in images.
Anki audio
Anki decks exported on Premium include spoken audio for the word and its translation, generated with Google text-to-speech.
